We Will Thru Sports is coming to you with a quick update on our winter workouts. With the increase in Covid cases, we have decided not to hold an extra winter workout program at this time. As much as we would have loved to see our youth engaged in healthy activities while being out of school, we must consider ensuring the safety of everyone.

What We Have Done In Place Of The Winter Workouts

Coach Perez has been in contact with families over the holiday season to check in on our young ones and reminders to join us for the A.M. workout have been given.

Here’s How You Can Still Be Proactive Without Our Winter Workouts

Even with the support of our organization, it is still important to discipline one’s self in being active and getting exercise. With more time spent at home, you can create an at-home workout. We encourage our youth to use the skills they have learned with us and watch our YouTube channel for further ideas. Click here to see more.

We look forward to seeing our young people every Saturday morning and would love to hear how you have been staying safe and healthy during this holiday season. As the year comes to a close, we would also like to offer a huge bundle of thanks to all who have been with us throughout 2021 and before. It is because of you that we are able to serve our young people, improve their well-being, and leave a positive impact on their lives.
