With the NFL 2019 Season coming to an end; there are already eight teams that have secured a spot in the playoffs. So, let’s take a look at where things presently stand.

NFL 2019 Season Update

With two more games remaining of the regular season; there was definitely some surprises. For instance, no one expected the Atlanta Falcons to beat the San Francisco 49ers. At the end, the Falcons stunned the 49ers with a final score 29 – 22.

Although the New England Patriots have lost their last two games; their offense was a little better than the prior two weeks. In addition, their defense continued to shine due to turnovers in their win against the Cincinnati Bengals with a score of 34 – 13.

Kansas City Chiefs showed dominance against their win against the Denver Broncos. Meanwhile, the Oakland Raiders played their last game at the Oakland Coliseum before they move to Las Vegas next year.

NFL 2019 Playoff Standings

So, now that several teams have clinched playoff spots; let’s take a look at the playoff picture. With only 2 more games before the regular season comes to a close; the following teams have made the playoffs.

  5. Green Bay Packers
  6. New Orleans Saints

In addition, the following teams are still in the hunt for a playoff spot.

In conclusion, the regular season ends this month and the playoffs are scheduled to begin on January 4th and January 5th of 2020.
