For the New York Yankees Off Season, they have been working hard to get better for 2019. Although the Yankees had the third best record in baseball, they were disappointed to have not had a longer run in the playoffs. So, now a new season is underway.

With Spring Training beginning in February, there has already been a lot of shuffling between clubs. Now, that the Hot stove season is underway, there are several rumors floating around.
What big names will be traded in the off-season? Where will this year’s pool of free agents sign with?
New York Yankees Off Season
So, the first deal the Yankees did was to acquire James Paxton from the Seattle Mariners for their top prospect, Justus Sheffield.
Now, that the Yankees have acquired Paxton, they are shifting their focus on some of their arbitration eligible players. Consequently, Didi Gregorius, Dellin Betances and Aaron Hicks are free agents. Will the Yankees try to keep these players?
Since Sonny Gray is one of the Yankees arbitration players, the Yankees seem to be looking to trade him.
Other Moves – New York Yankees Off Season
Now, the Yankees hope to attract Patrick Corbin to join their team. At the same time, it is rumored that Corbin is looking for a six-year deal for at least $126 million.
Since Corbin grew up in Syracuse, many believe the Yankees are high on Corbin’s list as teams to make a deal with. With Corbin and his families love of the Yankees, will this come to fruition?
