If you’re not on vacation, you can still plan some New Years day activities for your kids. So, are you ready to start counting down the days until the New Year?
New Years Day Activities
As the year comes to a close, why not plan some fun activities for the family. Although many think of the holiday geared towards adults; there are lots of fun things you can do as a family. If you’re planning to stay in your home; why not host a party for your family and a few friends. You can celebrate the holiday at an earlier hour. For instance, you can have a balloon and confetti toss at 10:00 p.m.
Another great family activity is to organize a game night. For example, you can have everyone write down something they want to do in the new year. In addition, host a scavenger hunt inside your home. You can hide names of family members, places and sports teams on a piece of paper. Set a time limit of 60 minutes. Hence, the person who gets the most correct things can win a fun prize. In essence, you can give away some chocolates or a fun noise maker.
