Los Angeles Lakers v Miami Heat NBA Playoff Finals 2020 begins today. Since the Lakers eliminated the Denver Nuggets; they have had a few days off awaiting their next opponent. To read more about this; be sure to visit our Los Angeles Lakers Win the Western conference post.
When the 2019-2020 season started; it looked like the Milwaukee Bucks were the team to beat. After they clinched early; it seemed like this team was deemed for great things. To read more about the Bucks; be sure to check out our Milwaukee Bucks Clinch Early Playoff Berth post.
Due to the pandemic in March, the NBA season came to a halt. And, when the teams returned and were in a bubble in Orlando; the Bucks weren’t as dominant as they were in the regular season. They were eliminated by the Heat. With the Heat beating both the Bucks and the Celtics; are they destined to win it all?
Los Angeles Lakers v Miami Heat
After the Heat beat the Celtics in Game 6; they have had a couple of days off to get ready for Game 1 against the Lakers.
With LeBron James leading his team past the Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets, and the Portland Trail Blazers in 5 games; he is ready to face his former team. Coincidentally, LeBron led the Heat to 4 consecutive titles and 2 championships during his tenure.
Now, that LeBron has won Championships with both the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Heat; will he win another one with the Lakers?
Since the Heat hasn’t won since LeBron left; is the team ready to show the Lakers and the world they are for real?

Who Will Win
Although the Lakers have easily won all of their series thus far; the Heat has also been dominant in their playoff run. In fact, the Heat’s defense has been a factor in all three of their playoff victories. Will the Heat’s defense help them to victory in the NBA finals?
Will James continue to dominate?
In my opinion, these are two good teams. Of course, anything is possible in the playoffs. However, I think the Los Angeles Lakers will win the NBA Finals.
As always, I welcome your comments on whether you think the Los Angeles Lakers or the Miami Heat will win?
