We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports is excited to announce their second Holiday Sports Winter Workout. After the success of last year’s program, we are excited to have all kids spend their Christmas vacation week with us. Holiday Sports Winter Workout
Because of the positive feedback we received from last year’s program; this year’s program will be taught by experienced coaches and volunteers.
If you are interested in volunteering for our Winter workout, contact Mary Woods.
At the same time, this program will educate the kids on the best ways to strengthen their mind and body.
The workout will include:
- Warm-up exercises
- Individual drills
- Pro-active training
Holiday Sports Winter Workout – Basketball
In addition to the above training, our program will mentor everyone on physical activity. Not only does this program include a great conditioning program; but also you will learn new skills and develop new friendships.
And, a big part of our program will be basketball. Since basketball is a big part of our program at We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports, we encourage all kids to join our program.
Meanwhile, we will work on teaching skills and discipline to the kids so they learn basketball skills to apply to everyday life.
