We W.I.L.L. is celebrating Global Youth Service Day 2022 running from Friday, April 29th to Sunday, May 1st, 2022. Hence, we’re inviting youth to join us on April 30th,2022 during our A.M. Workout Program which also happens to be our Jr. NBA Skills Challenge day.
What is Global Youth Service Day?
Global Youth Service Day is the largest youth service project worldwide. This day is not only quite special but also very important as it creates opportunities for the youth in our communities. Youth get a chance to volunteer, network, and gain community service hours. This time, well spent by youth, leads to maturity and responsibility. In addition, it allows them to become aware of their skills, talents, and desires for future careers.
Global Youth Service During Jr. NBA Skills Challenge
During our Jr. NBA Skills Challenge, we’ll have young people volunteering in many creative ways. Remember, We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports is not just about sports. It serves as an avenue for our youth to tap into their talents. Thus, we are inviting youth to volunteer in the areas of photography, record keeping, coaching assistant, and equipment managing.
