First and foremost, we’re excited to announce Andre Jackson has been recognized by We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports for his hard work.
Andre Jackson
Andre was born, June 25, 2009. He attends the Neighbor Charter School of Harlem. When Andre turned 6, his interest in basketball began.
From the time he took an interest in basketball, he would play basketball with his friends and his dad. At the same time, his mother noticed that once he met Coach Henry Perez; he started practicing more.
In his free time, Andre has enjoyed learning new skills and participating in We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports.

So, We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports wants to give a shout out to Andre for his discipline on and off the court. In recognition of Andre’s work, he has shown a maturity and strength in putting in extra time and work to develop his skills.
Not only has Coach Perez seen a great level of commitment by Andre at such a young age; but he quotes “Dre never backs down from any challenge I put in front of him”.
Whenever a kid learns how to be comfortable as well as the challenges that arise; often, they become a better player. And, that is the case with Andre. Moreover, his attention to detail in being the first one to practice important drills is helping him improve. Not only is he open to the challenge, but he is also first as well for the fun drills.
Of course, Andre realizes he will make mistakes; but is open to learn and grow and become a better basketball player in his game.
In summary, Andre has attended all Sunday Funday, this past Holiday Sports Winter Workout program, participated in tournaments and other practices on a regular basis.
We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports is happy to make a difference in Andre’s life and wants him to continue to keep up the good work.
As always, I welcome your comments.
Congratulations Andre for your dedication and hard work!
