We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports is pleased to share its A.M. Workouts program with you today. This program is being hosted at Louis D. Brandeis High School which is located at 145th W 84th st NY, NY. We are very excited to welcome our youth into this workout plan. For those interested, here’s a brief overview of all you need to know!
A.M. Workouts – Who Is Eligible?
Our workouts program welcomes youth ranging in age from under ten all the way up to 18 years. Hence, if you, or anyone you know, whether male or female, is interested in a new style of physical conditioning, feel free to contact Coach Perez through the number on this flyer.
A.M. Workouts – What Is The Focus Of Our Program?
The focus of these workouts is to strengthen and condition the body while teaching the fundamentals of basketball. If any of our readers recall, We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports has taken on a new way of rolling out sports programming due to the ever-increasing need for face-to-face interaction and development amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Our programs encourage discussions regarding healthy habits for our youngsters. In addition to this, tips on leading a healthy lifestyle, both mind and body are woven into the fundamentals of the sport.
While we would love to invite all the young people who are interested in this affordable opportunity, we must follow the vaccination mandates. Therefore, if you are 11 years old, or older, and have been vaccinated, we welcome you to join us. If you are under age 11, there is no requirement to be vaccinated in order to participate.
