2020 MLB Conference Series Playoffs

Now that the Tampa Bay Rays has beaten the New York Yankees; they have advanced to face off in the Conference finals against the Houston Astros.

Although many people may have wondered how the Astros would be after the cheating scandal and the loss of their Manager; the Astros have shown the baseball world they are for real. In the regular season, the Astros record was 29 – 31 however they have beat the Minnesota Twins and Oakland Athletics to move on.

In the National League, the Los Angeles Dodgers have been one of the best teams in baseball for the last several years. And, even in this short season, the Dodgers had the best record in the MLB.

With the Atlanta Braves easily defeating the Marlins; they are now ready to face off against the Dodgers.

So, let’s take a look at the schedules.

2020 MLB Conference Series – American League

The schedule for the ALCS is as follows:
On Sunday, October 11th – the Rays beat the Astros with a score of 2 – 1
Monday, October 12th – the score was Rays 4 – Astros 2
Games 3 and 4 will be on October 13th and October 14th at 8:40 p.m.
Meanwhile, if needed, Games 5, 6, and 7 will be on October 16th,17th, and 18th – TBA

2020 MLB Conference Series – National League

For the fourth time in the last 5 years; the Los Angeles Dodgers are in the NLCS finals. Now they will have to face a strong rotation in the Atlanta Braves. Will the Dodgers prevail? Or, will the Braves be the winner?

The schedule for the 2020 NLCS is as follows:
On Monday, October 12th – the Braves beat the Dodgers with a score of 5 – 1
Game 2 will be on October 13th at 6:00 p.m.
For Games 3 and 4 will be on October 14th at 6:00 p.m. and October 15th – TBA
Meanwhile if needed, Games 5, 6, and 7 will be on October 16th, 17th, and 18th – TBA
