Together As One Basketball Camp

Together Basketball Camp Recap 2018

First and foremost, everyone had a great time. At the same time, the weather was cooperative. And, the newly paved park was really great. Our coaches were there every day to help the kids learn basketball fundamentals. In addition to the fundamentals, the afternoon was spent mentoring the kids.

Clearly, there was a lot of hard work with the basketball drills. Whenever the kids come to these sessions, they work hard, but at the same time, they learn a lot.

Benefits

Not only were these two days a great experience for all the kids who participated, but they can also attract attention from local colleges and universities.

Together Basketball Camp Recap 2018

We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports would like to thank all of the coaches and volunteers who made this successful. For the coaches and volunteers, they enjoy teaching the kids new skills.

First and foremost, we would like to thank Coach Fred for making this camp one of the best ones to date. In addition, we would like to thank the following Coaches.

  • Carlos Turnbull
  • John Juliano
  • Leisel Renaud
  • Mugsy

Finally, our counselors and volunteers were equally important in helping take this camp to another level. Without your assistance, things wouldn’t have been as smooth. So, a big thanks to our camp counselors, Aren and Rose and our volunteer, Ben Eversley.

Furthermore,  our female camper, Rose graduated last year volunteered. Indeed, everyone was inspired by her story of attending a Division 1 School to play basketball.

Again, we couldn’t have done this without everyone’s support. We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports appreciates everyone’s time in continuing to make our camp and programs a success.

As always, I welcome your comments.
